Campagnola Olive Oil Processor - Buonolio Top

Producing your own extra virgin olive oil has never been so easy.

Campagnola has always paid full attention to the enquiries and needs of the agricultural world, manufacturing many useful and versatile products.

Buonolio oil mills are the best solution for the operators who want to produce an excellent, extra-virgin oil from their own olives in an easy, natural and autonomous way.

The Campagnola Buonolio Top is a very compact olive oil mill with all the stages of automatic, non-stop olive processing in a single structure. All settings on the Buonolio Top are adjustable so that the best possible oil quality yield can be achieved. Thanks to the compact dimensions of the Buonolio Top and its lockable wheels, the machine does not require a lot of room and is very easily moved. In addition, the user and maintenance operations are simple, step based and easy to follow so that no specialised, personnel training is needed. The Buonolio is suitable for the small to medium grower, wanting to produce his or her own oil from start to finish. It allows the grower to process olives daily without the growing inconvenience of scheduling and transport.

The processing stages:

  • Washing and loading – The olive washing, defoliating and loading processes are carried out by means of another machine, called the Campagnola Master (purchased separately), which can be connected and run from the Buonolio Top.
  • Olive crushing – After the olives are loaded into the main hopper, a screw conveyor transports them to the revolving blades system (crusher) where they are pulped and transformed into paste.
  • Kneading - The crushed paste then falls into a closed vertical container which is airtight preventing oxidisation. The container is fitted with a sensor, automatically starting and stopping the process when full.
  • Separation – After the necessary kneading time (approximately 20 minutes), another engine driven screw conveyor with adjustable speed transports the paste to the centrifugal decanter, which spins at 3200 rpm, separating the oil from water and husk.
  • Filtering – The collected oil can be filtered using the Campagnola Filco (purchased separately), cotton filter and stored in a suitable container or bottled.
  • Husk outlet – For easy removal and storage of the processed olive waste or husk, the Campagnola Easy Box (purchased separately) can be utilised to draw the pulp away from the Buonolio by means of a pump.

After an hour (plus filtration time) what you are left with is your own high quality olive oil with quality equal to that produced by large agri-industrial installations.
