Campagnola Buonolio – Filco

Once your olives have been processed, the resulting oils can be filtered then stored or vice versa before bottling. To prevent any processed oil coming in prolonged contact with retained husk or vegetation water, Campagnola have created a cotton filter called the Filco, made from food grade 304 stainless steel.
